hereafter referred to as the "VENDOR"

WITNESSETH that:
The VENDOR is the owner of a certain motor vehicle more particularly described as follows:

That for and in consideration of the amount of ________________________________(PHP
P________) the receipt of whereof is hereby acknowledge in full to my entire satisfaction, I have SOLD,
TRANSFERRED and CONVEYED, and by these presents, do hereby sell, transfer and convey unto the said
vendee, his heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest the afore described motor vehicle on an AS-IS,
WHERE-IS basis.
And the VENDEE declares that he or she has carefully inspected the vehicle prior to the
purchase. The VENDOR shall not be liable for any warranties of defects, hidden or otherwise, as soon as
the vehicle is accepted by the buyer.
That upon pull out from _________ the buyer shall take and assume all civil and/or criminal
liabilities in the use of said vehicle either private or business use, including renewal of LTO Registration.
That likewise, the VENDEE shall take and assume all civil and / or criminal liabilities in any
reconditioning, conversion and/or repair of the vehicles when needed, and the eventual domestic use of
said vehicle either for private or public conveyance.
