Lock Configuration & Setting
For first time using, we need configure lock via SMS:
1) Prepare a valid SIM card, and insert to lock correctly
2) Put lock by the window or outdoor where have good network and GPS signal.

IP Setting:
Send (Example): HL66556688:IP,45.112.204.250,3808,13798242980,0033
Explanation:
66556688 : Lock password
45.112.204.250 : Server IP address
3808 : Server Port
13798242980 : Device / Lock ID ( must be 11 digital numbers)
0033 : Time interval for upload data to platform

Responding:
Setting Successes: HL:IP,45.112.204.250,3808, 13798242980,0033,OK
Setting Failed: HL,IP,error

Note:
1. 3G version lock default lock password is 00433245 HL004332458:IP,45.112.204.250,3808,13798242980,0033
2. For 3G lock, interval time should set at 0033, 0043, etc. ending with “3”, to enable 3G mode

Explanation:
66556688 : Lock password
cmnet : APN name
guse : User Account (NULL is accepted)
guse : User Password (NULL is accepted)

SMS Responding:

Wrong Password: HL, APN3,key,error
No answer if basic format wrong
Note: 2G lock command is HL00433245:APN,cmnet,guse,guse (there is no “3” after APN)

FAQs
1. Q : Not get correct position
A: 1) Check the GPS LED, if it blinking, once every two second, mean work properly.

2) If the LED not blinking, mean no GPS signal received, please check below things:
<a> Vehicle and Lock is in outdoor, no GPS signal
<b> Check if Lock in sleeping mode

2. Q : With SIM card, but lock offline

A: 1) Check GSM indicate light
2) GSM indicate light fast flash(2x/ second) mean GSM module work fine. Problem could happened at
SIM card or platform, e.g: IP/APN wrong
3) GSM indicate light fast flash(1 time per a second), almost mean problem would be SIM card,
e.g.: SIM not fixed well, broken, out of service, invalid, or no GSM signal.
Here are some other ways to check if SIM okay or not:
<a> Call SIM card number if SIM support phonetic function.
<b> Open lock and see if SIM card install correct and fixed well.
<c> SIM card is invalid (no money, not support the band frequency)
<d> SIM card should support SMS/data function
<e> SIM card is binded to special cell phone or not
<f> SIM card need some other authorization, e.g. PIN code authorization

3. Q : About Sleep Mode

A: 1) When battery less than 10%, lock will enter to sleep mode to save battery, user can force activate it
2) Lock open (shackle out from hole) more then 10 minute, lock go into sleep, activate automatically
once close lock
3) About force activate lock, two ways:
<a> Put shackle pointed down for 3 seconds
<b> Press “Activate Button” for 3 seconds
