Our goal, we want to make a profit and become the leading provider of delicious and affordable footlongs
and fries. To do this, we will focus on providing high-quality products at reasonable prices, together with
excellent welcoming atmosphere.
Mission
Our mission is to create delicious footlongs and fries using fresh ingredients, all at a price that they can
afford. We believe everyone deserves to enjoy a satisfying meal without sacrificing quality or
affordability.

IV. Marketing Plan

Product
a. Footlong, start by pan-frying the hot dog until it is cooked through. Place the hot dog inside the
footlong bun. Add your desired toppings, such as lettuce, catsup, and cheese. Enjoy your freshly
made footlong hot dog sandwich!
b. As for the fries, start to preheat the frying pan and when the pan is hot, put the cooking oil and
when the oil is hot, add the fries, they must be soaked in oil to make them crispy and when the
fries are cooked, put them in a strainer and measure by 85 grams and add mayonnaise.

The locale of our business is proudly in a public secondary school, the Caluluan National High School
(CNHS), which is located at Castro Street, Caluluan, Concepcion, Tarlac, Philippines. Caluluan National
High School (CNHS) offers junior high and senior high schools.

For our Footlong, we have these Paper Tray or Nachos Tray. It is simple and has the exact size of our
Footlong. For the Fries, we have these 220cc paper cups. It simple and has a cute size that can attract
some customers.

customers to be attracted to and informed about our business and products by posting our actual products
properly.

Procedure
Before – We’re gonna start by preparing our tools/equipment like stove, butane, pan-fryer, pan
serving tray, tongs, spatula, and strainer. Once we arrived at the school court, we will prepare the
materials we will use and clean the area around our place. And prepare ourselves for the day.

During – While selling our products, we’ll greet the customers with a warm atmosphere. We’ll
start to heat the pan with oil, then fry the hotdogs until it cooked through. We’re gonna be using gloves
when handling the food ingredients. Place them by order, buns, lettuce, hotdog, cheese and then the
mayonnaise mixture. Deep fried the fries until the color change into golden brown. Once cooked, put
them into the paper cup and measure them using the food scale, then the optional mayonnaise.

After – Keeping our area clean and neat. Washing our used tools and equipment, clean our
workplace. Calculating the total of our sales to determine our profit. After that, we will shop for the
ingredients we need. Upon returning home, we will organize everything that needs to be brought and
prepared for the next day.
