This is with reference to the recent discussions we had with you regarding career
opportunities with Actoserba Active Wholesale Limited. We are pleased to offer you a
position in the Technology department as Software Development Engineer - 2 based
out of HO, Bangalore.
Your annual Cost to Company (CTC) will be INR 19,00,000/-. The break-up of your CTC
is attached as an Annexure 1, to this letter.
This offer of employment is subject to satisfactory references, background verification and
submission of relevant documents as notified to you by the Company. The Company reserves
the right to withdraw / withhold this offer should any information provided by you during
your selection process be found to be misrepresented or untrue.
We look forward to your joining the Company no later than January 02, 2023. A formal
acknowledgement of this offer on email will be mandatory for us to initiate the on-boarding
process.
