Subject: - Demand Notice for the payment of Gold Loan Margin
Dear Sir/Madam,
1. You had approached us, Capri Global Capital Limited (“we” or “us” “Lender”) for the grant of a gold
loan facility and based on the representations and assurances made by you, we had sanctioned the
said facility for an amount of Rs. 105190 /- (Rupees One lakh Five Thousand One Hundred Ninety
Only) against pledge of gold ornaments and jewellery as collateral (“Gold Loan” or “Loan”).
2. You have executed loan agreement dated 23/10/2024 and other facility documents in our favour,
towards the grant of the aforesaid Gold Loan facility, thereby confirming and acknowledging the
terms and condition of the Loan.
3. We state that considering the current market conditions, the market price or the maximum
realizable value by sale of the pledged security i.e. the gold ornaments and jewellery has come
down below or equal to the mark to margin ratio that is calculated against the total amount
payable by you, inclusive of principal amount, interest and other amounts payable in respect of the
Loan.
4. Thus, in the light of the above considering the current market conditions, we therefore call upon
you to either pay the market difference amount of Rs. 3303.25 /- or replenish the margin by bring
additional/ equivalent amount of gold within 14 (Forteen) days from the date of receipt of this
letter, failing which, we shall have no option but to initiate auction of the pledged articles for the
recovery purposes.
