Policy
Introduction
We welcome applications from all students of all backgrounds
and cultures. Lil Bo Peep practices a full non-discriminatory
policy in all school administered programs.
Applications will be accepted all year round, but we cannot
guarantee admission. Admission depends on the number of
students in the class applied for. Admission forms can be
requested via or by registering on our website.
Elements of the Policy
Procedure:
1. Submission of Lil Bo Peep admission form.
2. Submission of report cards from the past years, where
relevant.
3. Interview with students and parents to understand the Lil
Bo Peep philosophy.
4. Written acceptance of the offer of a place.
Placement:
Placement in grades will follow the guidelines.
1. Age Criteria:
3 years and above - Grade Pre KG,
4 years and above - Grade KG1
5 years and above - Grade KG2
2. A family can apply for their child to be admitted to 1st
grade in the year they turn 6.
3. Admission to older grades will follow the same age
pattern.
Priority:
1. Priority will be given to applicants that have siblings
already enrolled in Lil Bo Peep.
2. Students that attend Lil Bo Peep preschool classes, will
get priority over applicants from other pre-schools.
3. Admission to Lil Bo Peep is subject to the admission
process and seat availability. The admission is offered
on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Special considerations:
1. Students who need learning support will be admitted
provided that the school has the capacity to support them.
2. Students with physical impairment will be admitted
provided that the environment can support their needs
and that the family is willing to pay for any extra support if
required or not provided for by the city.
3. Students can join at any time of the year provided that
there is space in the intended grade.
Terms and Conditions
1. Refund/Cancellation Policy: Admission Fees once paid
shall not be refunded or transferred under any
circumstances. The refund of composite fees will be
subject to the withdrawal policy of the school.
2. I authorize the school to use photos/videos of the child for
communicating the achievements of the school to the
larger community.
3. I authorize the school to give first aid in case of any
emergency.
4. I authorize the school to take the child to a hospital in
case of any emergency.
5. I agree that my child and I will abide by the rules and
regulations of the school.
6. I understand that standard terms and conditions of the
school will undergo changes from time to time as
circumstances require and will apply in all our dealings
with the school.
7. I agree to meet all financial responsibilities with respect to
the admission of our child to the school and his/her
continued education in the school.
8. I understand that fee revisions will happen every year as
per applicable Government laws.
9. Any dispute arising in relation to the terms and conditions
will be submitted to a sole arbitrator appointed by the
school under the provisions of the Arbitration and
Conciliation Act, 1996 and the rules framed thereunder.

10. Disclaimer: This is to certify that the facts stated
by me in the admission form are true. I understand that if
any information is found to be false, the admission of my
