Dear Sir:
Greetings of Peace and Love!
I am KATHLEEN C. DANDO, a Teacher I of Felisberto Verano National High School of
the Schools Division of Surigao del Sur, and have been serving for 3 years and 2 months
with the greatest dedication.
With utmost respect, I am writing this letter to express my intent to seek a transfer from my
present school to another station for the following reason to wit:
1. That I am a bonafide resident of Brgy. Pag-antayan, Cantilan, Surigao del Sur (RA
8190, Localization Law), and hopeful to be transferred here or to any Secondary school
nearby. I’m certain that I can extend my service even beyond official hours for the benefit
of the learners and have safe travel going home;
2. That it is my great opportunity because my present station is far from my residence that
I spent so much for my transportation and allowance everyday. Hence, time and travel
expenses could be of great help for the education of my children and daily expenses of
my family.
3. The distance of our place to my station hinders my commitment to serve. It’s been my
long-time dream to teach in my hometown and to be of service to our community;
4. I travel for 2 long hours back and forth every day. Moreover, I am afraid of the possible
incidents that will happen along my way. By this, I feel unsecured but prayer is the only
powerful tool during my traveling time; and
5. Transferring to a nearer school would be a convenience for me since I am a
lactating/nursing mother (PD No. 603, Child and Youth Welfare Code) to my 12-
month old daughter. I need to be near with my child as much as I can to give her proper
care and attention.`
It is my fervent hope and prayer that this humble request will be given favorable
consideration by your very good office. Thank you very much and God bless.

dedication.
With utmost respect, I am writing this letter to express my intent to seek a transfer from my
present school to another station for the following reason to wit:
1.That I am a bonafide resident of Brgy. Quirino, Madrid, Surigao del Sur (RA 8190, Localization
Law), and hopeful to be transferred here or to any Secondary school nearby. I’m certain that I can
extend my service even beyond official hours for the benefit of the learners and have safe travel
going home;
