SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:
I, RACHELL ANN GONZALES SESCON , of legal age, Filipino citizen, and with
postal address at Bontoc,Southern, Leyte, Philippines, as the herein PRINCIPAL by these
presents, do hereby name, make, constitute and appoint, MA. THERESA SESCON likewise of
legal age, Filipino citizen, and with residence and postal address at Bontoc,Southern, Leyte,
Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact, for me and in my behalf, name, place and stead, to act and perform the
following to wit:
1. To withdraw the amount of TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS from my account in CARD
Inc.
2. To execute, sign and deliver necessary documents evidencing my withdrawal for the
amount so indicated;
3. To claim, receive and accept the proceeds of the aforesaid amount with the said financial
institution whether in cash or in check or any other modes of release as may be provided
for by CARD Inc.
This Special Power of Attorney may be revoked only by a notice of writing signed by me
delivered to and received by CARD INC. but will not affect transactions entered into/ executed
by my attorney-in-fact prior to its revocation.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said Attorney-in-Fact full powers
requisite or whatsoever proper to be done in or about the premises, with authority of delegation
and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my attorney-in fact shall do or cause to be done by
virtue of these presents.
