for Ghoqha Surkha Lignite Mining Project, Bhavnaqar: .
1.Mines Manager: (1st Class): 1 (One) Post
Qualification: 1st Class Coal Mines Manager's Competency Certificate under CMR-1957/2017 preferably having degree/
diploma in Mining Engineering.
Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in an Opencast Coal/Lignite mining project after obtaining 1st Class
Certificate
Pay Scale: Basic pay Rs. 50,000-5,000-1,00,000/- (Gross Rs. 75,000 to 1,50,000/-)
Age: not more than 50 years for general and EWS candidates, not more than 53 years for OBC and not more than 55 years
for SC and ST categories
2.Assistant Manager: (1st Class): 1 (One) Post
Qualification: 1st Class Coal Mines Manager's Competency Certificate under CMR-1957 /2017 preferably having degree/
diploma in Mining Engineering.
Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in an Opencast Coal/Lignite mining project after obtaining 1st Class
Certificate
Pay Scale: Basic pay Rs. 50,000-5,000-1,00,000/- (Gross Rs. 75,000 to 1,50,000/-)

3.Mining Sirdar: 05 (Five) Posts
Qualification: Overman or Mining Sirdar Competency Certificate under CMR-1957/2017
Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in an opencast coal/lignite mining project after obtaining Overman/ Sirdar
Competency Certificate
Pay Scale: Basic pay Rs. 12,000-1500-27,000/- (Gross Rs. 20,000 to 40,000/-)
Age Limit: not more than 50 years for general and EWS candidates, not more than 53 years for OBC and not more than 55
years for SC and ST categories
4.Electrical Foreman/ Supervisor: Total 01 (One) Post:
Qualification for Electrical Foreman/ Supervisor: Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with Electrical Supervisor
(Mines) Certificate from the authorised licensing board of the respective State.
Pay Scale: Basic pay Rs. 18,000-2200-40,000/- (Gross Rs. 30,000 to 60,000/-)
Age Limit: Not more than 45 years for general and EWS candidates, not more than 48 years for OBC and not more than 50
years for SC and ST candidates

>The candidates will be selected purely on the merit basis
>The online Computer Based Test (CBT) will be of 100 marks
>Minimum 40% shall be passing marks for the written examination for all the posts
>Selection of the candidates for the post of Mines Manager and Assistant Manager (1st Class Manager's Competency
Certificate under CMR 1957/2017) at Sr. No.1 and 2 will be on the basis of written score as well as personal
interviews and for the remaining posts the selection will be on the written score only.
>The merit list will remain valid for a maximum period of 02 years from the date of publication of the final result
>In case of equal marks for any post, the candidate who have earlier date of birth than to the other candidates will be
given the priority in appointment
>Starting of online application will commence on 06.11.2023
>The last date of online application is 20.11.2023 (23.59 hrs.)
