Terms and Condition:
1. Furniture Delivery Time: 65 days after getting Work Order or confirmation of order. Delivery date may be changed for any unavoidable
[Link].
2. Terms of Payment: 60% advance with Work Order and balance 50% before delivery.
3. Mode of Payment: By Cash/Cheque/Card
4. Fitting: For fitting knockdown furniture Fitterman will go next day of delivery subject to mutual convenience
5. Warranty: 1 year free service Warranty for any manufacturing fault. No warranty/guaranty for glass, fabric, rexin and Termite. After one year
HATIL will provide service on payment.
6. Exchange Policy: Furniture can be exchanged in good condition within 3 days with 5% service charge. It is not applicable for customized,
set broken and fabric product.
7. Product Development: Product development is a continuous process and thus there could be minor changes in different versions of the
product. This will not affect the functional utility of the product.
8. Delay Penalty: HATIL will pay delay penalty valuing 0.5% of the value of the goods per week if the delivery is not done within standard
deadline. However, there will be 15 days buffer before any such penalty is applied.
9. Inventory Holding Cost: The customer will pay inventory holding cost valuing 0.5% of the value of the goods per week if the customer
doesn't take delivery of the completed goods. However, there will be 15 days buffer before any such cost becomes due.
10. For kitchen and Interior Works: Security, Electricity and Water supply will be ensured by customer. Fitting workers accommodation at site
will expedite the work. For any massive change in design during implementation, compensation will be applicable. Final bill will be as per actual
work basis.
