Greetings of peace and love!
I, AIZA L. SABENORIO, currently assigned as ADAS Il at Genaro B. Lureñana National High
School at Brgy. San Jose, Ormoc City. I am heartily requesting for transfer to Liloan Elementary
school or station nearest to my residence due to the following valid reasons:
1. That I am now a resident of Sitio Tangke, Brgy. Nueva Sociedad, Ormoc City and I spend
almost two (2) hours back and forth every day.
2. Travel every day from home to school especially when canvassing and purchasing
materials/supplies needed for the school, which is part of my job.
3. Hopefully this is my great opportunity because my present station is far from my residence. I
spent so much for my transportation and allowance hence time and travel expenses could be of
great help for the daily expenses.
Your favorable approval to this request will be highly appreciated.
