Install i3200 printer skill
1, GBE Net card setting IP ,
Must use GBE net card
2, install or rezip the control software , if open the ” super printing ” or “printerExp”
error ,you must install the windows environment .
Software language setting
Default =2 ,set English
3,Open control software
if red showing ，not connect , please check net card IP or Net setting
4,head cable connect and damper color order
Damper color order is YMKC ,
5, flash capping height ,set capping to head distance 0.01mm，almost touch the head ,don’t
keep big gap, if not， head surface will have ink

6, factory mode import firmware and cfg
Go to factory mode , ctrl +F12 ,input password 222222
Firmware : import cfg and import parameter
select 123
If you change any parameter ,you must save it
7,capping height setting
Go to factory mode,, ctrl +F12 , input password 222222
1 and 2 set same , it is sucking time or wetting time , capping height
3, flashing time , capping height
4,wiper height
8， Flash setting
Go to factory mode,, ctrl +F12 , input password 222222
Print before flash
Frequency :2K flash times: 3 single flash time :1800 flash space time:400
Pumping ink take time:1000 wait time pumping ink finish:18000 pumping useless ink

Frequency:2k flash times:12 single flash time: 600 flash space time :400
9, how to load the ink wave and select wave
Go to factory mode,, ctrl +F12 , input password 222222
Eco solvent E1 head, mostly use ink wave 0
Sublimation A1 head ,mostly use ink wave 4
Water base A1 head , mostly use ink wave 3
10, X motor setting
If encoder error , please click “check 1“, X motor will auto check motor gear ratio
Positive max distance 2 ,that is X direction max distance , 1.8 and 3.2 has different distance
11, exchange damper color order setting in the control software
base color is H1-K1 , H2-K3 ,H3-K5 , H4-K7
12 change print origin point
13, change the feather percent %
14, set time password and language password
Left side is time password ,right side is language password

18, rip software setting
Set : RAW_127.0.0.1, rip and printing together
19 reset flush in the mainboard
A:Turn off the printer , red switch 1 and 2 set on mainboard
B: turn on the printer
There is sound from mainboard
Go to factory mode , click reset flush ---- save ,
Restart the printer , import firmware cfg and parameter again then save , it will be ok.
20, head board indicator light instruction
0: normal
1: touch capping limit sensor
2: touch wiper sensor
3: some distance to the left(carriage)
4: home position sensor
5: capping up
6: lack ink
7: board firmware damaged
8: board firmware damaged
9: normal
A or R , optical fiber problem or fiber A and B exchange
E: board error
LED6（run）: light blink , it is normal
LED7(LINK): light on , head board to mainboard connect well or not
LED8(BUSY): printing light on
LED9(ERROR): light on red color , usually head board problem ,small head connector loose ,
head cable loose , or head problem .
