RESOLUTION APPOINTING JANE D. BAYAWON AS THE PRESIDENT


OF BAYAWON’S AGRI-TOURISM LEARNING AND ASSESSMENT
CENTER INC.

WHEREAS, Bayawon's Agri-Tourism Learning and Assessment Center Inc. is


dedicated to providing high-quality education and training in the field of agri-tourism;
WHEREAS, the corporation recognizes the need for a dedicated and qualified
individual to manage its assessment center to ensure effective and efficient
operations;
WHEREAS, Jane D. Bayawon has demonstrated the qualifications, experience, and
dedication necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the president of the institution
aforementioned above;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of


Bayawon's Agri-Tourism Learning and Assessment Center Inc. hereby appoints Jane
D. Bayawon as the Assessment Center Manager effective immediately;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that Jane D. Bayawon is hereby authorized and


empowered to perform all duties and responsibilities as thepresident of the institution
aforementioned above, including but not limited to overseeing daily operations,
managing staff, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and
reporting to the Board of Directors on the assessment center's activities and
performance;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the officers of the Corporation are hereby authorized
and directed to take any and all actions necessary or advisable to carry out the intent
and purpose of the foregoing resolution;

RESOLVED FINALLY, that this resolution shall remain in full force and effect
until modified, rescinded, or amended by further resolution of the Board of Directors.
