REFRESHMENTS
The café is located in the Atrium (main building) where you can purchase hot and
cold drinks, yoghurt, cakes, sandwiches and snacks. It is currently open from
08h30 to 15h00.
The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the newer building.

12. FITNESS CLUB


There is a fitness club on the fifth floor of the main building and all relevant
information may be downloaded from the intranet – place your mouse over "Social"
in the top ribbon of the home page and then click on "Fitness club". The fee is
currently CHF10 per month, and the club is open seven days a week from 06h00 to
22h00.

14. BEFORE YOU LEAVE


At the end of your internship/traineeship, you must do the following before you
leave:
GENERAL INFORMATION FOR INTERNS
• Complete an evaluation form which HR will send to you.
• Close your bank account (that is, if you opened one at the
commencement of your internship at the WTO). In case you expect any Human Resources Division
correspondence from the bank (or from anywhere else) following your
departure, you must provide them with a forwarding address, otherwise
all mail addressed to you at the WTO will be returned to sender.
• Return your WTO badge to the Welcome Pavilion and your carte de
légitimation (CDL) to Human Resources Division. Please note that the
Swiss Mission will not grant any extensions to CDLs other than the extra
two weeks that they automatically grant when issuing a CDL.
