1. Registrations should be done with the names of the participants and fees before 7th
February 2025 to the TREASURER, TNAI PUNE City branch Mrs, Rau Sangave,
7498103245, Mrs. Ashwini Sutar 9850771785. Email id:
[email protected] and
[email protected]. After 7th February 2025, spot registration charges
will be applicable.
2. Individual entry for SNA is 3 per event for both sports and cultural. Individual entry for
TNAI is 4 per event for both sports and cultural.
3. For group events only 01 entry per institute from SNA or TNAI is allowed.
4. There will be no refund of registration fees once registered or no replacement of
participant will be there.
5. Name mentioned at the time of registration will be carried forward till the end i.e. to
write on certificates so write the Correct name while registration.
6. If the participants are three, then only one participant will be announced as the
winner.
7. If the participants are up to five then two prizes will be given.
8. If the participants are more than six then three prizes will be given.
9. If there is only one entry in any cultural and sports event, then he/she / the group will
be announced as the winner by default.
10. Participant who was registered in the event has to continue there will not be a change
in participant at the time of the event.
11. For sports the final decision will be by the referee only.
12. Faculty or representatives should take care that there should not be any pressure from
participants or the institute.
13. Discipline should be maintained throughout the activities else strict action will be
taken by the executive members of the TNAI.
14. The list of participants and events to be submitted in the letter of the institute/ hospital
sign by head of institute or nursing head. SNA and TNAI card xerox of the participants
should be attached.
