Spend 90 minutes on theory (organic mechanisms, inorganic bonding, or
physics derivations).
Spend 90 minutes on problem-solving (numericals, chemical equations, or
reaction mechanisms).

Example for Chemistry Day:

Theory: Study Periodic Table trends and Chemical Bonding.

Practice: Solve NCERT exercises for these topics.

Gym and Recovery

5:00 PM – 8:00 PM:

5:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Gym session.
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Shower and recovery (hydrate and relax).

Evening: Revision and Target Weak Areas

8:00 PM – 10:00 PM:

Revise topics covered in the morning and afternoon sessions.

Focus on weak areas from mock test results.
Solve at least 10 questions from each subject:
10 Physics numericals.
10 Chemistry equations.
10 Mathematics problems.

Example:

Weak Area: Organic Chemistry – Practice naming reactions like Aldol

condensation and their mechanisms.

Night: Mock Tests and Final Touches

10:30 PM – 12:00 AM:

Attempt a 1-hour mock test for any subject:

Physics: Derivations and numericals.
Chemistry: Conceptual and reaction-based MCQs.
Mathematics: Application-based problems.
Spend 30 minutes revising formulas, theorems, and chemical reactions using
flashcards.
