1. Resident(s) account must be current with all payments (rent, utilities, late fees, etc) BEFORE they add or remove
a lease holder.

2. Resident(s) must get prior authorization from landlord with all changes in lease holders.

3. All signed resident(s) to the lease must agree and sign or initial where indicated.

4. Resident(s) agree to pay a $50.00 administrative fee for all additional roommates prior to application processing.

5. The security deposit must stay on file until the end of the current lease term. The security deposit will be paid
back to the last documented active lease holders. If a lease holder is added during the lease term, they will be
provided an equal portion of the returned security deposit (if applicable). If a lease holder is removed from the
lease agreement during the lease term, they will not receive any security deposit refund, as all legal obligations
to the lease agreement are terminated upon signing of this addendum.

6. Only (2) addition or removal of roommates are allowed per lease term.

7. Any additional agreements between resident(s) are not subject to the terms of the lease.

LIABILITY. Resident(s) shall be liable to Owner for damages sustained to the Leased Premises or to resident(s) or property as a result
of resident(s) failure to comply with the terms of this Addendum. HOLD HARMLESS. Resident(s) shall also indemnify and hold Owner
harmless from any and all costs, expenses and liability relating to resident(s) failure to comply with the terms of this Addendum. Any
violation of these provisions shall be deemed a serious violation and justifiable cause for eviction. Unless otherwise provided by law,
proof of violation shall not require criminal conviction, but shall be contingent upon the evidence.

Resident(s) herby acknowledge receipt of the house rules and any other documents associated with residing in this community and
agrees to comply with all documents incorporated by reference into this lease agreement. This addendum is not valid and enforceable
until it has been signed by all residents and by the property manager.
