Project Guidelines
• Data/ information should be collected from the secondary sources and the
reference should be given.
• Students are not suppose to copy paste the report. The plagiarism count should
not be more than 10 percent. No marks will be assigned to the report in case
the similarity percentage is more than 10 %.
• Project Report word limit: 2000 words
• Presentation Time : 10 minutes
• Last date of project report submission- 24 January 2025
• Percentage of contribution of the team members must be stated in the report.

Class Norms
• Preparedness and participating in the class discussion is very important.
• Students are required to be punctual with regard to class timings, submission of assignment/ project
etc. Out of 10 classes, one late coming (up to 5 minutes late) may be allowed.
• In case of absence, it is the responsibility of the student to keep a track of the class assignment,
presentation, evaluation etc.
• In every class, students are required to put their nameplates.
• Maintaining classroom discipline is extremely important.
• Use of mobile phone is strictly prohibited in the class. Students found keeping the cell phones on
their desk or using them will be penalized as per the clause mentioned in the Handbook.
• Attending all the sessions taken by Guest Faculty is mandatory.

Manager Vs Leader
• Management and leadership are two distinctive and complementary
systems of action. Both are necessary for organizations to excel.

Behavioural Perspectives
The Behavioral Theory of leadership focuses on the behaviors and
actions of leaders rather than their traits or characteristics.
This theory suggests that by adopting effective behaviors, anyone can
become a better leader. Effective leadership can be learned and
developed.
