Please find below the details of your internship:


● Position: Human Resources Associate

● Internship Period: 4 months, starting from June 24 , 2024, to October 24 , 2024.

● Stipend: INR 8,000 per month.

● Work Hours: You are expected to work Monday through Friday, first and third Saturday,
with flexible hours between 12:30 PM to 6:00 PM.

● Supervision: You will report to the HR Manager or designated supervisor who will
provide guidance and feedback throughout your internship.

OFFER LETTER

Duties: During your internship, you will assist the HR department in various tasks,
including but not limited to:
1. Assisting in recruitment processes, such as screening resumes, conducting initial
phone screenings, and scheduling interviews.
2. Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including preparing
onboarding kits, conducting orientation sessions, and collecting feedback.
3. Assisting in the maintenance of HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and
confidentiality.
4. Participating in the organization and coordination of company events, such as
team-building activities and workshops.
5. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,
under the guidance of senior HR staff.
6. Conducting research on HR best practices and industry trends to support continuous
improvement initiatives.
7. Providing administrative support to the HR team, including organizing files, preparing
documents, and responding to employee inquiries.

Termination: This internship does not guarantee employment with the Company
upon completion.
