2. Find the cost of fencing a rectangular park of side 20 m and 10 m at the rate of Rs 6 per meter.

3. Find the distance covered by Rahul if he takes four rounds of a rectangular park whose length is 25 m and
breadth is 10 m.
4. Determine the perimeter of the following: -
a. A triangle whose sides are 15 cm, 12 cm and 7 cm.
b. A square whose one side is 35 cm

5. The length and breadth of three rectangles are given below.
a. 9 m and 6 m
b. 17 m and 3 m

6. A park is rectangular in shape. Its length is 500 m and breadth is 300 m. Five square flower bed of size
50 m are dug. Find the remaining area of the park.
7. A tile is a square of side 20 cm. How many such tiles would be required to cover the floor of a square
bathroom of side 3 m.
