Hi my name is Srushti Pisat. Currently pursuing MMS at MET institute of management. I graduated
with a bachelor's degree in mass media advertising and communication.

I've one year of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive as well as social media manager.

I was in charge of social media, developing content strategies, creativity, sending creative customer
notifications, managing Shopify, Facebook and Instagram ads.

My hobbies include painting, swimming, dancing, fitness, cooking, reading and many more.

I'm a dedicated marketing student with a passion for creating impactful campaigns and
understanding consumer behaviour.

My strengths lie in strategic thinking and creative problem-solving.

I believe in continuous learning and continuously adapting to the ever-evolving marketing industry.

I bring fresh and creative ideas for campaigns that will catch people's attention and make our brand
stand out.

I will understand what our customers want and measure how well our marketing strategies are

5) What did you like and disliked about your past job?

6) Tell me about time you worked in a team?


Once, I worked on a project with a team at my last job. Our task was to launch a new marketing
campaign. I was responsible for creating the social media content, budget while others handled the
design, and outreach.

We met every week to discuss our progress and make sure everything was on track. If someone
faced a challenge, we helped each other out. For example, when our designer had trouble meeting a
deadline, I stepped in to assist with some of the graphics, even though it wasn't my main
responsibility.

In the end, our campaign was a success. We increased our online engagement by 30% and got a lot
of positive feedback. This experience taught me the importance of communication, flexibility, and
teamwork.

7) How do you deal with success and failure?

I deal with success by celebrating the achievement and recognizing the hard work that led to it. I take
time to appreciate the moment but also remind myself to stay humble and focused on future goals.

When facing failure, I try to see it as a learning opportunity. I reflect on what went wrong and how I
can improve. I remind myself that failure is a part of growth and use it to motivate myself to try again
with more wisdom and determination.

What motivates me to do my job is the opportunity to help people and make a positive impact. I
enjoy using my skills and knowledge to solve problems and contribute to the success of the team or
organization I work with. Seeing the results of my efforts and knowing that I'm making a difference
keeps me motivated and eager to do my best every day.

Three companies I'd love to work for in the marketing field in India are Hindustan Unilever Limited
(HUL), Tata Group, and Google. These companies are known for their innovative marketing strategies,
strong market presence, and commitment to excellence, making them exciting places to contribute
and grow in the dynamic Indian market.

10) What is your dream job?

My dream job in marketing would be as a product and brand manager. I'm passionate about creating
and developing products that truly resonate with consumers, understanding their needs and
preferences deeply. As a brand manager, I would love the opportunity to shape how a brand is
perceived in the market, ensuring it connects with customers in a meaningful way. This role allows
me to blend creativity with strategic thinking, influencing both the product development process and
the overall brand strategy.
11) What was your journey here?

My journey at MBA college was transformative and rewarding. I gained valuable knowledge,
developed leadership skills, and built a strong network of peers and mentors. The challenging
coursework and diverse experiences helped me grow both personally and professionally. Overall, it
was an enriching and impactful period of my life.

15) Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult person?

In my previous job, I managed a project where a team member was consistently uncooperative and
missed deadlines. I addressed the issue by having a calm, one-on-one conversation to understand
their challenges and find solutions. This improved communication and helped the team meet our
goals.

I tend to focus too much on details at times, which can slow down my overall progress. I'm working
on balancing thoroughness with efficiency.

25) Your boss over slept and is now late for a client meeting. He calls you and ask you to tell the
client that is stuck in the traffic in other words he is asking you to lie for him what do you Do?

I would respectfully decline to lie on behalf of my boss. Instead, I would suggest a more honest
approach, such as informing the client that my boss is running late due to unforeseen circumstances
and offer to reschedule the meeting or provide any necessary information in the meantime. It's
important to maintain trust and transparency with clients to uphold the reputation and credibility of
the organization.

26) If offered a job, what would be your first priority or things you would change?

My first priority would be to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current marketing strategy and
its performance. This includes reviewing existing campaigns, assessing key performance indicators
(KPIs), and understanding the target audience's behaviour and preferences.

Based on the insights gathered, I would focus on:

1. Optimizing Digital Presence: Ensure the company’s website and social media profiles are up-to-
date, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized.

2. Enhancing Content Strategy: Develop a content calendar that aligns with our audience's interests
and business goals, incorporating blog posts, videos, infographics, and other engaging formats.

3. Leveraging Data Analytics: Implement or improve analytics tools to track campaign performance

My favourite product/service from a marketing perspective would be social media platforms. They
offer incredible reach, precise targeting capabilities, and engagement potential, allowing businesses

31) If you were an animal, what would you be?

If I were an animal, I would be a cat. Cats are independent, curious, and adaptable creatures,
qualities that resonate with me.

32) Tell me about your family?

My family consists of four members. My father is an aeronautical engineer at Godrej, and I'm
incredibly proud of his recent contribution to Chandrayaan 3. My mother is a supportive housewife,
and my younger brother is currently in 12th grade, aspiring to become an engineer like our father.
We also have my 75-year-old grandmother, who remains remarkably fit.

I enjoy reading books on self-growth and improvement. One of my favourite books is "The Power of
Your Subconscious Mind" by Joseph Murphy. This book resonates with me because it provides
practical insights into harnessing the power of the subconscious mind to achieve personal goals and
improve overall well-being.
