My daily routine
Tomorrow
I wake up at 4:30 am.
I get out of bed and stretch for a few minutes.
After that, I brush my teeth and wash my face to take a shower and get ready for the gym.
After coming from the gym I have breakfast around 7:30 a.m. Like cereal or toast with
coffee.
I get dressed and prepare my bag so that in the afternoon I can study and clean up.
I start studying at 2:00 p.m.
I take short breaks every hour to stay focused.
Lunch at 1:00 p.m. I usually eat something light, like a salad or a sandwich.
Afternoon/Night:
After coming from the Seine, I like to go for a walk for about 30 minutes.
I have dinner around 7:00 p.m. I prefer homemade foods like pasta, rice or grilled chicken.
At night I relax by watching TV or reading a book.
Before I go to bed, I make sure to prepare for the next day.
Evening: I go to bed around 11:00 p.m. to get enough sleep.
