Tan yarn
Step 1: ch3
Step 2: Insert hook in 2nd ch from hook. YO pull through
Step 3: Insert hook in next stitch. YO pull through.
Step 4: Remove the 2 loops on the end of the hook leaving one remaining. HOLD the removed
loops so they don’t get pulled out.
Step 5: YO pull through loop on hook
Step 6: Insert hook in loop closest to hook.
Step 7: YO pull through ONLY 1 loop.
Step 8: Insert hook in last loop.
Step 9: YO pull through ONLY 1 loop.
Repeat Steps 4-9, 18 times to form a cord.
To finish cord: YO pull through all 3 loops, ch1, FO. Hide strings from both ends.
ASSEMBLY
Stick cord fuse in hole formed in gray yarn on the top of the bomb. Use gray tail to secure cord
by sewing through gray row.
Use red tail to attach red F in center of bomb by sewing around all sides of the F to secure.
To make flames: cut about 12 inches of orange yarn and thread in needle. Insert in end of fuse.
Pull through stopping when there is a 2 inch tail left. Then insert needle in same direction and
same hole as previous step. Pull though, leaving around a 2 inch loop.
Repeat making loops until you run out of orange yarn.
Repeat process with red yarn.
When finished secure yarn by tying a separate piece of red yarn around orange and red loops.
Cut in the center of loops. Rough up yarn with a brush if desired.
You’re finished! You can now throw F-bombs around even when you must remain silent.
