liberating to learners through; Proactive leadership, shared governance, evidenced-
based policies, responsive curriculum and programs; highly competent and motivated
personnel; and appropriate learning environment.
It also upholds the highest standards of conduct and performance to meet stakeholders’
expectations and continually improves its Quality Management System by adhering to

2. Intro by Mrs. Ganotice: The emergent of this pandemic, we are being born into a new
normal; new society; new relationship; new education; and new environment. With this,
Education is largely affected, facing the largest disruption and challenge. Being a part of
this scenario, we continue to find strength amidst this uncertainty. One, among the
major challenges that SDO Kalinga face today is the readiness of every school come
august 24, 2020. Eventually, SDO Kalinga collaboratively work together to undertake
urgent and necessary measures to ensure possible steps to provide the materials that
are appropriate, applicable, accessible and available thus- leaving no child behind
amidst this exceptional circumstance. ( you can insert pictures here)

Operation Division, and Curriculum Implementation Division work together to face this

5 . Mrs Ganotice or the anchor man : Teachers were mobilized in the preparation of
self- learning materials to be used for various types of learners across all learning

Mrs Ganotice or anchor man: We cannot deny the difficulties that these teachers have
experienced and how they cope up with this challenges. Along with them are the school
