Chords in parentheses are optional. These are because LB likes to do these half steps in some of his songs
and sometimes it's only the bass and maybe a keyboard that does it and not a complete chord change. Since
these songs were probably written on keyboard, there isn’t a perfect solution on the guitar. You can replace
these chords by just playing the bass note for the chord instead of strumming the whole chord.
