thereby closing the normally open contacts of the contactor to signify how control circuit switch
on power circuit.

Made questions from the study material and segregated them on continuous basis to determine
their validity and loaded them for student assignments. Helped students in their understanding to
have a technical know how by explaining through display boards, taking them to labs, shops and
showing them the components and how they are put in the circuits and their effects. Also gave

Did power and control wiring for 3 phase 600V control cabinets equipped with PLC input,
output cards along with 3 pole contactor units to run conveyor motors terminated inside cabinet
for meat packaging plant. Put pressure switches, level switches. Ran separate motor cables on
cable trays for each motor on conveyor line from control cabinets and did motor terminations.
Erected transmitter and receiver eyes on conveyor lines turning them on with 24 volts supply
from PLC input cards which in turn switched output cards to turn on contactors and thereby
motors on the line. Mounting controls like hands off auto, stop button, emergency stop, reset on
main panel.

Did jobs for Centennial foods, Western Quality meats maintaining their machines. Also Running
teck cables of size 4, 6,8, 10 AWG on cable tray for doing machine termination from three phase
panel. Hooked their air compressor units by terminating through Motor Control Centre.
Also providing power to freezer, air dryer units, refrigeration units, card board boxing strapping
unit
