RENT AGREEMENT

This Rent Agreement is made at Jalandhar on this 01th day of October, 2024 between:

Harjinder Pal Singh S/o Amrik Singh R/o Kot Fatuhi, Hoshiarpur, Punjab 144519

(hereinafter called as Party of 1st Party/Land Lord).

AND

Ayush Rana S/o Chhote Singh Rana Holding Aadhaar No.9754 9222 0540 R/o V.P.O –
Akhaipur, P.S. Hathras Junction , Hathras , Uttar Pradesh. 204102.

(hereinafter called as Part of the IInd Party /Tenant)

Whereas, party of the first party is owner of a Residential Flat no -502 , Floor -5, G-2,
Shaurya Green Apartments, Surya Enclave Jalandhar, Distt Jalandhar, Punjab. 144409

1. That the tenancy has been commenced w.e.f 01 Octobar 2024.

2. That the tenant shall pay the rent of the aforesaid property in time i.e. every 10th of
the month.

3. That the rent of the aforesaid Flat is fixed Rs. 16000/- per month (Rupees Sixteen
thousand Only).

4. That the tenant shall not make any illegal activities in the said property. That Ist party
has

not taken any security amount while letting out the property.
5. That the tenant shall not make any addition or alternation in the said property and will
keep it in good condition.

6. That the tenant shall not change the nature of business without prior permission of the

landlord.

7. That the tenant shall pay the electricity bill in excess of the rent.

8. That the tenant shall not sublet the aforesaid property to anybody else and will handover

the vacant possession to the land-lord at the time of vacating the property.

9. That the tenancy is for the period of eleven (11) months.

Dated On 01 October 2024 To 01 September 2025

10. That if the tenant wants to vacate the tenanted property, he will give two month

prior notice to the land/lord. Similarly, it will be binding upon the land/lord.

11. That if the tenant wants to make the tenancy continue, the fresh rent agreement will be

written into writing between the parties and 5% rent will be increased on the prevailing

rent.

12. That the tenant shall abide by all the terms and conditions of this rent agreement and
shall

not violate the same.

13. That the tenant will allow the land/lord to inspect the said Flat as and when he desired.
In witnesses, whereof, the tenant have read over the contents of this rent agreement
and after admitting the same, both the tenant & land-lord have put their respective
signatures on this agreement on the day, month and year first mentioned above in
the presence of the following
