Google Forms is a powerful tool that allows users to create surveys,
quizzes, questionnaires, and other forms to collect data. It's widely used
for both personal and professional purposes because it’s easy to use,
customizable, and integrates well with other Google services.

This are few key aspects that can be discussed about Google Forms:

a. Ease of Use

Google Forms is very user-friendly. Even those without technical

experience can quickly create and distribute forms. It offers a wide range
of templates that make the process easier for various use cases like
feedback collection, event registrations, and employee surveys.

b. Customization Options

You can customize Google Forms in several ways, including:

Themes: Customize the appearance of your form with pre-made themes
or by selecting your own color palette.

Question types: Google Forms allows different question types, such as

multiple choice, short answer, linear scale, checkboxes, dropdowns, and
more, making it suitable for various data collection needs.

Required Questions: You can mark questions as required, ensuring

that respondents provide necessary information.

Logic: Conditional logic (also called "branching") can be applied to

customize the flow of questions based on previous responses, which is
great for quizzes or surveys.

• Hearing protection- provide protection during exposure to high pitch

and loud noise levels.

• Respiratory (lung) protection- provide protection from inhalation

hazards such as vapors, mists, particulates, pesticides, and gases.

• Hand protection- provide protection to potential hazards such as

sharp objects, abrasives surfaces, extreme temperatures, and chemical

contact.

• Head protection- to provide protection to potential hazards such as

falling objects, electrical hazards, or chemical application.

• Foot protection- provide protection for situation with the potential of

injuries such as falling or rolling objects, chemical or liquid exposures,
piercing objects, and where the feet are exposed to electrical hazards.

• Clothing protection- provide protection from potential hazards such

as entanglement, skin cancer, bodily, injury, and pesticide

contamination.
