SANITARY FIXTURES INSTALLATION AGREEMENT
This Sanitary Fixtures Installation Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into this [Date] by

1. SCOPE OF WORK:
Installer agrees to install the following sanitary fixtures at the Client's premises located at [Client Address]

5. WARRANTIES:

conforming to all applicable building codes and regulations. Installer's warranty on workmanship is for

6. PERMITS:
