GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP
1. Comprehensive membership is available in Badminton, Table Tennis, Basketball and Fitness Center.
2. Photocopy of CMS ID and NIC is to be attached.
3. Three Photographs (1x1 size) are required one paste with gum at space given in front of this form and two
attached with form for Card.
4. Membership can be cancelled if monthly fee is not paid for more than 5 days.
5. The Directorate of Sports will not be held responsible for loss of valuables or any mishap during the use of its
premises.
6. No member will be allowed to enter the playing court/field/venue without proper kit / shoes.
7. Nobody is allowed to bring any type of firearms inside the BUITEMS premises. The membership shall stand
cancelled in case of violation.
8. No Food, Drink (except water in closed containers), or chewing gum is allowed in Sports Complex.
9. All members and visiting guests must put the garbage in their assigned Lockers.
10. The winter, summer and Ramadan timing of the Sports Complex will be decided by Sports Committee.
11. The Male & Female timing of the Sports Complex will be decided by Sports Committee.
12. Loud playing of Radio/Tape recorder both in Vehicles and at venues is absolutely prohibited
13. Vehicles must be parked in the proper parking area.
14. Misconduct in the Sports Complex can lead to immediate termination of membership or ban of entry of defaulter
member in the Sports Complex.
15. The facility can be closed temporarily on requirement of the Committee at a short notice without assigning any
reason.
16. Directorate of Sports reserves the right to turn down any application without assigning any reason.
17. The Directorate of Sports has the rights to change the timings of any member without assigning any reason.
18. Members will ensure timing for various facilities as announced by Directorate of Sports from time to time.
19. The members should bring his/her own sports goods (Rackets, Shuttlecock, Table Tennis Ball etc.)
