 Determine whether Inquiry or Research is applicable to the given situations.
 Classify the words/ phrases whether it is an example of Qualitative or Quantitative research.
 Write an essay about the application of Inquiry and Research in your day-to-day life or in your chosen
strand.
 Using the experiences or background knowledge about the given words, know the meaning of such words
situated in the middle of the Frayer Model map.
 Accomplish the KWL chart to form mental pictures about the reading material titled, Non-Experimental
Research.
 Identify the cause and effect.
 Identify the independent and dependent variables in each research problem.
 Compare and contrast Research problem from Research question using the diagram given.
 Complete the table by filling out the data on the steps in formulating research questions.
 Write a short essay about the purpose and significance of Research problem and Research questions in
research process.
1ST QUARTER  Research 5 different titles of research in a research report and classify them to any of the research designs.
 Write an essay about the research title.
 Compare and contrast Research problem from Research question

 Using the research topic of their group, write its trends, issues, claims and gaps to formulate the
background of their study.

 In 2 paragraphs, use the research topic of their group to write the scope and delimitations.
 Research for at least 3 examples for each MLA and APA referencing style.
 Cite at least 4 related literatures of the study from books, journals, search engines such as: Google
Scholar, Google books, Microsoft Academic, Educational Resources Information Center and any other
websites that is reliable to get resources for RRL.
 Research for the definition of Theory and Concept.
 Formulate the theoretical or conceptual framework using the case given.

2ND QUARTER  Complete the Venn diagram and cite the differences and similarities of Research design and Research
method.
 Cite the meaning and differences of Internal and External Validity.
Complete the Data Collection Matrix by using the statement of the problem to identify the appropriate
data, research methods, and the analysis of data to be used.
 Research about the definition and characteristics about Sample and Population.
 Identify the usage of each type of probability and Non-Probability Sampling.
 Read Case Problem 2 entitled “Addressing Farmers’ Cognitive Blocks in the Communication and
Adoption of Technology”.
 Define the words method, approach, and technique.
 Cite the differences and similarities of Validity and Reliability
 Compare and contrast each pair of expressions.
 Identify the type of interview question are the following.
Write a reflective essay about learning experience on the quantitative data-collection techniques.
