In consideration of your paying the amount in the A/c of the


deceased Shri Sudhir Bahubali Pandit as his / her legal heirs, without
obtaining succession certificate, probate or letters of Administration to the
Estate of the deceased.

I hereby, agree and undertake and unequiacally promise to refund to the said Bank,
the said amount of rupees in the event of any claim made against this bank for the
said amount Rs.1599.70 (Rs. One Thousand Five Hundred Nineteen & Ps.
Seventy only) at Branch Takali, Tal.South Solapur and also undertake to
indemnity the Bank, its successor, assignees to the full extent against losses and
expenses of whatever nature, suffered or incurrent in relation there of by the said
bank.
