General Rules and Regulations:
1. No registration fee.
2. Participation certificate will be given to all the participants.
3. The participants should be in formal dress.

5. A student can participate in maximum of 3 events.
6. Teams for all events should report at the registration desk at 9.00 am on the day of the event.
7. Participants should confirm their participation on or before 19.02.2025 through google form
registration.
8. No restriction in the number of participants from a college.
9. Participants should bring their own materials for the respective competitions.
10. Only participants & staff-in-charge will be allowed inside the campus
11. Vulgarity of any sort will lead to disqualification of the participant.
12. No fire & snake dances are permitted
13. The Program committee reserves the right to alter the programs without prior notice.
14. Judges decision shall be treated as final and binding on all.
15. Any improper unruly behaviour or violation of college’s rules will result in disqualification of team /
cancellation of prizes.
16. Spot registration is permitted for special cases.
ON STAGE EVENTS
1. EXECUTIVE SUITE (BEST MANAGEMENT TEAM)
4 participants per team.
Participants will be allotted time to present their leadership qualities.
Rounds includes Case Study, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving.
Participants should bring their own labtops for presentation.
2. QUIZ SHOW (B-QUIZ)
2 participants per team.
Preliminary round will be conducted.
Topics :General Knowledge, Current Affairs, World of Business
Electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited.
3. BROADCAST (SHORT FILM)
ONLY Short Films should be submitted NO DOCUMENTARIES ALLOWED.
The films shall not be more than 10 Minutes, including the beginning and end credits.
The films may be shot in MPEG4 or AVI format and submitted only in pendrive.
Any theme can be considered
Political mocking should be avoided.
4. STRUT YOUR STUFF (GROUP DANCE)
4 – 8 participants per team.
Time Duration: 5 minutes
The music should be submitted prior to the event during registration.
Audio track must be in MP3 format in pendrive.
Participants can use properties for their performance.
The team should remove their properties immediately after their performance.
5. ADVERT (ADZAP)
5 particpants per team.
Time duration : 10 Minutes for preparation and 5 minutes for presentation
The preliminary round will be conducted on the basis of number of teams registered.
Innovation and creativity will be much appreciated.
In the final round the participants will be provided with the product on the spot.
6. JOINTURE (CONNECTION)
2 participants per team.
The preliminary round will be conducted on the basis of number of teams registered.
Three round basis.
Topic: General
7. ZERO HOUR (60 SECONDS TO FAME)
Individual event.
Any kind of individual talent can be shown within a minute.
8. SANKARA PREMIER LEAGUE (IPL AUCTION)
3 participants per team.
Preliminary round (written) will be conducted.
Teams will be given equal amount.
Each Teams have to buy 11 players from auction.
(4 Batsman, 4 Bowler, 2 All-Rounder, 1 Wicketkeeper)
7 Indian Player and 4 Foreign Players.
9. PANTOMIME (MIME)
6 – 8 participants per team.
Time Duration: 5 Minutes
Theme: Drug Free Scociety
The act should not contain any dialogues, lip sync or props.
Background music is allowed.
No act shall contain any offensive, obscene, disrespectful actions or gestures.
10. ELEVATE YOUR WORKWEAR (CORPORATE WALK)
6 – 8 participants per team.
Time Duration: 5 minutes
The theme should be strictly related to workplace attire.
Background music must be in MP3 format in pendrive and should be submitted prior to the event
during registration.
Judgement will be based on the costume, theme, walking, stance and attitude.
OFF STAGE EVENTS
1. SKILL FOLIO (PAPER PRESENTATION)
2 Participants per team
Time Duration: 4 minutes (2 minutes each)
Topic: No restriction in the selection of topic
The content of the PPT should be original.
Participant should bring the PPT in pen-drive.
Participants are allowed to use a maximum of 10 slides exclusive of participant details.
2. COLOURFUL HANDS (MEHANDHI)
2 Participants per team (Designer and Model).
Theme : Bridal
Time duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes
Mehandhi should be applied on both the hands till elbow.
Colour mehandhi cones can be used.
Prize will be awarded only for the Designer and not the model.
Participants have to bring the required materials.
3. SUPREME DESIGN (WEALTH FROM WASTE)
2 Participants Per Team.
Time : 1 hour and 30 minutes
Participants are not allowed to display the pre-prepared items.
Participants have to bring the required materials.
4. ZERO SPARK (FLAMELESS COOKING)
2 participants per team.
Time duration: 1 hour 15 minutes
Any three nutritious foods without flame to be prepared on spot.
Participants have to bring the required materials.
5. FREEZE YOUR MOMENT (PHOTOGRAPHY)
Individual event.
Theme will be given on the spot.
The photograph that is submitted should be captured within the campus.
No edits and no filters.
Participants must submit soft copy of the photograph in pen-drive only.
6. SHARP YOUR PENCIL (PENCIL SKETCHING)
Individual event.
Time : 1 hour
Theme will be given on spot.
Paper will be provided by the organising team.
Use of colours /sketches are not allowed.
Only pencil artwork will be accepted.
7. DIGITAL-AD (POSTER DESIGNING)
Individual event
Time : 1 hour
Size : A4 size
Theme will be given on spot.
Poster can be portrait or landscape.
Use Canva App for digital designs.
Designs should be submitted as a JPG or PDF.
8. BE A DETECTIVE (TREASURE HUNT)
5 Participants per team.
Time : 1 hour
Clues will be given to each team.
Clues will be available only inside the campus.
Handover the treasure to the concern coordinator.
9. EXCHANGE YOUR VIEWS (DEBATE)
2 Participants per team (For and Against).
Time : 10 minutes for preparation and 5 minutes to speak
Topic will be given on spot.
4 minutes (2 minutes each) will be given to a team to speak and 1 minute for interjection.
10. DECORATE A FLOOR (RANGOLI)
4 Participants per team.
Time : I hour
Participants have to bring the required materials.
Rangoli will be based on Creativity, Colours and Theme.
