The standard equipment inside the skid of compressor will include the following parts:
● LOW SPEED, EFFICIENT AIR END:- Kaeser’s own single stage fluid cooled air end with efficient world –
renowned “ SIGMA PROFILE” which has proven superiority over asymmetric profile. Further, the LOW
SPEED OF AIR END results in higher efficiency less wear / tear, more life & less maintenance.
“SIGMA PROFILE”
● ENERGY SAVING HIGHEST EFFICIENCY DRIVE MOTOR:- Suitable for continuous duty operation with IP
55 enclosure protection & class F insulation with temperature rise pertaining to class F insulation. The
motor is suitable for 400+/- 10% volts.
“SUPER PREMIUM EFFICIENCY MOTOR”
● 1: 1 DIRECT DRIVE ARRANGEMENT:- In this unique arrangement, speed of rotation of the motor and
speed of rotation of air end is same because there is just a coupling in between them. This
arrangement ensures ZERO TRANSMISSION POWER LOSS as no transmission (No Gears, Belts etc.) is
required. Also a bigger air end rotating at lower speed works much more efficiently compared to a
smaller air end rotating at high speed and consumes less power. All these features further add to the
energy saving achieved by the compressor. Additional benefit of this arrangement is less wear and tear.

PRICES:- The prices are in Rupees & are on Ex work basis.
GST DUTY:- Extra @ 18% which is the prevailing rate or at the rate.
PACKING & FORWARDING:- Inlcuded

TRANSIT INSURANCE:- Transit insurance shall be in your scope. However, we can arrange the same at a rate of
0.23% of the basic order value. However, it will be your responsibility to complete the documents/formalities
regarding claiming of insurance in case of transit damage.
PURCHASE ORDER:- Please raise your purchase order on

DELIVERY:- 6-8 weeks from the receipt of PO or LOI.
VALIDITY:- This offer is valid for one month & subject to confirmation thereafter.
GENERAL:-
WARRANTY OF THE EQUIPMENT:- The equipment is provided with warranty against faulty / defective material
/ workmanship / manufacturing defects only for 18 months from the date of dispatch or 12 months from the
date of commissioning whichever is earlier. The normal consumable spares & rubber parts, effect of corrosion,
erosion and normal wear & tear are specifically excluded from this warranty. The equipment should be
maintained & used as per instructions given in the Instruction Book supplied along with the equipment & only
genuine KAESER spares should be used.
ERECTION & COMMISSIONING:- The air compressor does not need any grouting / foundation. Normal
industrial floor that is able to hold the weight of the compressor package is sufficient. Commissioning of the
compressor shall be done free of charge. For commissioning the Compressor, maximum 3 visits shall be made
by our engineer.
FORCE MAJEURE:- This clause is applicable.
