- 10 shots match. Every shot should be on the Scatt around 10 seconds long.
Break 10 minutes
Live training - 10 shots on the score without sighting
Break 5 minutes
Live shooting - 10 shots. Every shot should be on the Scatt around 10 seconds long.
Break 5 minutes
Free live training 15 minutes.
Compensating exercises 10 minutes

Tuesday:
Morning warming up 10 minutes
