Shooting Tips
➔ Always shoot in 4K (3840 × 2160) or higher to ensure flexibility in post-production. This allows extracting
vertical (9:16) videos from the full-length 16:9 footage without compromising quality.
➔ Avoid shooting in 2K or FHD, as it limits cropping and reduces output quality for vertical formats.
➔ Vertical Video Extraction:
◆ From 4K (3840 × 2160), we can crop a Full HD Vertical (1080 × 1920, 9:16) frame while maintaining clarity.
◆ The vertical crop can be adjusted left or right as needed to fit the subject within the frame.
➔ Alternative Option: If required, shoot a separate vertical video for platforms like Reels, Shorts, or TikTok.

Character position
9:16 Composition Guidelines:
➔ Ensure proper composition so that
both the person and the machine
remain visible in all formats (16:9 and
cropped 9:16).
➔ When cropping for vertical formats,
position the subject in a way that
maintains both the machine
branding and the person's presence.
➔ Leave sufficient leading space
around the subject to ensure
flexibility in cropping.
For Interviews & Separate Shots:
➔ If shooting separate vertical and horizontal formats, use the Golden Ratio or
Rule of Third for proper composition.
➔ Keep the subject’s eye line aligned with the upper third of the frame for a
balanced look.
➔ Ensure the BULL logo and key machine parts are visible without obstruction.
