MERCADO, and of legal age, Filipino, widow, MANOLITO A. BOBADILLA, of legal age,
Filipino, single, JULIETA B. RAMILO, of legal age, Filipino, married, DOMINADOR A.
BOBADILLA, of legal age, Filipino, married, LOLITA A. BOBADILLA, of legal age,
Filipino, single, JULIUS BENSON B. GELLE, of legal age, Filipino, EPHRAIM P.
JIMENEZ, of legal age, Filipino and with all residence and postal address at Brgy. Paalamanm,
Jalajala, Rizal, after having been sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:
That we are the legitimate Heirs of the late SMAEL A. BOBADILLA who died intestate,
on April 16, 1997 at Jalajala, Rizal;
That we are the applicant on the application for DAR Clearance involving Landholding
covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. M-1274 containing an area of TWENTY THREE
THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE (23,163) square meters located at Sipsipin
Jalajala, Rizal;
That on ____________, an Order was issued by the DAR Regional Director Cupido
Gerry D. Asuncion, approving my request for DAR Clearance.
That we hereby categorically declare and attest based on our personal knowledge that
there was no Motion for Reconsideration or Appeal has been filed or pending before the
Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) or in any other Courts involving the aforesaid subject
parcel of land.
That we are executing this Sworn Affidavit to attest the foregoing facts and for purpose of
requesting the Office of the Regional Director for the issuance of Certificate of Finality on the
above-mentioned Order dated ______________.
