Subject: Complaint Regarding Slow Internet Connection

Dear PLDT,

This letter is to formally express my dissatisfaction with Broadband Internet which I purchased
on January 3, 2025. Difficulty loading web pages, streaming videos, or participating in online
activities due to slow connection speeds. My broadband connection details are as follows for
your reference.

During the last months, I have been facing bad network issues of your broadband connection.
The internet speed is mostly much slower than the speed as per my monthly subscribed plan.
also a many times when I am trying to use the internet, it gets disconnected in between.

I had raised complaints over phone with your customer care executive several times. For your
reference, complaint number are 647846898454487 Although your representatives had tried
to solve the issue but the problems always start again after a couple of days thereafter.

I hope you will look into my internet problem more seriously and try to fix problem
permanently to avoid any further inconvenience to me, I will wait for next 2 days to see the
progress and if it is not to my satisfaction than I will be bound to disconnect your service.
