11. Customers are requested to witness the test as they wish during any stage or all the stages of test and raise queries or clarifications at that
stage itself if correction is / are required and found appropriate will be done, we will not entertain any quarrels after completion of the test.
12. We use our own standard report formats only, and we do continuous improvement on our report format time to time. However if customer
request a different report format, the same also can be made at an extra cost based on the complexity of work.
13. We will share the final approved test report only on PDF non editable formats with password protected to customer offcial mail id only.
14. The report has confidential information with respect to customer product and ITSPL lab equipment, procedures and methods, we assume
customer will not share this report to any of our competitors in any manner, appropriate legal action will be taken against such behaviour if
found guilty.
