Dear Sir,

BE PLEASED to circulate the papers and proceedings in the captioned


matter before the Ld. Presiding Officer, DRT-II, Mumbai on March,
2025.

The Applicant seeks to settle the matter with the Defendant, the above
matter has been pending before this Hon’ble Tribunal since (Recovery
Proceedings No______.) and pertains to a transaction entered by the parties
in ____. The Applicant seeks to withdraw the above matter against the
Defendants and hence prays that the above matter be placed for hearing
allowing the Applicant to file the withdrawal application.

Reason for urgency:

Since the loan account is closed there is no useful purpose in keeping


the Original Application pending and also the Applicant, as promised to
the
Respondents is required to withdraw the present Original Application.

Prayer:

(i) Applicant be allowed to withdraw the Original Application against


the Respondents.

(ii) Court Fees paid by the Applicant on the Original Application be


refunded in accordance with the rules and regulations.
