8. In the event of shortfall amount received which is less than quoted amount in this letter, customer is requested to pay the same within 3 daysfrom the date
of initial payment.
9. If the shortfall amount is not received in 3 days of initial payment, whatever amount is received will be adjusted against overdue if any else it will be
adjusted in form of part-prepayment
10. In case of any EMI due but remains unpaid or get bounced post generation of this statement, the same needs to be cleared over and above the Net Amount
Receivable (Rs.) mentioned above.
