A motivated cook who had been working for many different cafes and restaurants
across Sydney and Hobart, Australia. Equipped with basic cooking knowledge, kitchen

Duties:
● Prepare mise en place for daily service in a cold station.
● Prepare cold dishes as well as their ingredients such as caesar salad, sidedish,
cold dressings, cold cut, cheese and handling raw fishes.
● Daily stock inspection in the refrigerator to maintain sufficient items as well as
ensure First In First Out.
● Organize daily tasks to other kitchen members and train other staff under
supervision.
● Manage deliveries and stock order for cold stations.
