General Percentage Average of every grade level were analyzed. Focusing on the least mastered subjects, this remediation was
crafted. All least learned topics of the least mastered subjects were noted and will be the topics to be discussed during remediation,
considering that one feature of K to 12 Curiculum is Spiral Progression. Spiral progression calls for mastery of basic concept in order to
transcend to a more complicated one thus, remediation of least learned subjects is a must.
