Guidelines for Bulk Upload of Catalog

SmartBiz by Amazon is a one-stop shop for all online selling needs. Whether it is a small business, an entrepreneur, or a neighborhood store, everyone c
now create their own online store within minutes and start showcasing and selling their products online.
When a seller needs to use this sheet?
1. To create the catalog in bulk in one go.
2. To edit the current catalog in bulk.
(To edit or update the current catalog the brand will have to go to add --> Modify items in bulk, then download the current catalog and make
edits in bulk)
To start adding or editing products, go to "bulk_upload_sheet" tab which you can see at the bottom of your screen. You will s
various columns there for product details.
Please refer to the below instructions to update the columns in the "bulk_upload_sheet":
Understanding the columns Instructions
Add the product name for each SKU (eg. T shirt or Notebook ). Character Limit:
Column C (Product Name)
100 -including spaces, special characters and numbers
List the maximum retail price of your product. It is mandatory to update
Column D (MRP)
this field. Enter numbers only. Cannot enter price <0
This is an optional field. Your selling price will always be equal to same or less
Column E (Selling Price) than the MRP. You can use this field to update the price at which you want to
offer the product for sale, especially when you are running any discount or
promotional offer.
Column F (Business Category) Select the business category from the dropdown to add products to the
reccomended section. Refer table below to see all available Business Category
This is a free text mandatory field. Accurate Product Category is necessary to
distinguish products in your catalog. Within each business category, you should
enter the most relevant product category in order to enable customers to easily
Column G (Product Category) navigate your store. Please remember not to create product categories with the
same name in different business categories.
Character Limit: 30 including spaces, special characters and numbers.E.g.: Gold
earrings, Trousers
This is an optional field. You can choose to add a product description for
Column H (Product Description) customers.
Character Limit: 1500 -including spaces, special characters and
numbers
Please select Parent from Dropdown in case you want to create variants
of this product. Please select Child if this is a variant of any product. Not
selecting any option will automatically mark is as a standalone product.
Eg. If you have a red shirt in 4 different sizes (S,M,L,XL), please mark
the first product as the Parent and the subsequent 3 products as Child.
Column I (Variant Relationship)
Kindly enter all the variants sequentially in rows so they are grouped
together.
Kindly note: Size/Color are mandatory for Parent & Child when creating
Variants
Column J (Size) This is free text. Enter Size as per your requirements. Kindly note it
would show on the product page in the same way as it is entered here.
Column K (Color)
Select colour from the dropdown list
Column L (Best Seller) Select Yes from the dropdown to mark a product as Bestseller. Only by marking
Yes would the product be tagged a bestseller and shown on storefront
accordingly.
Image can be added by uploading the link of that particular image in JPG/PNG
Column M (Product Image1) format in this column. Links can be generated by using this tool

This image would appear as the first photo on the Product Display Page. The max
image size can be 5 MB and the file format must be JPEG/PNG.

Column N (Product Image2) format in this column. Links can be generated by using this tool

This image would appear as the second photo on the Product Display Page. The
max image size can be 5 MB and the file format must be JPEG/PNG.

Column O (Product Image3) format in this column. Links can be generated by using this tool

This image would appear as the third photo on the Product Display Page. The max
image size can be 5 MB and the file format must be JPEG/PNG.

Column P (Product Image4) format in this column. Links can be generated by using this tool

max image size can be 5 MB and the file format must be JPEG/PNG.

Column Q (Product Image5) format in this column. Links can be generated by using this tool
