ENGLISH LANGUAGE COURSE

First of all we learn about tenses, We know that tenses have three major
types 1) present tense, 2) past tense, 3) Future tense, and these every
tense further classify in Four types of tense ( 3*4=12 ), SO first of all we
will talk about present tense…

---- PRESENT TENSE ----


Present mean “which we are doing right know” this tense is used for the
current situation OR near current situation, the present tense have four
types: 1) present indefinite tense

2) Present continuous tense

3) Present perfect tense

4) Present perfect continuous tense


Some important things

Subject: mean who is doing work in the sentence.

Verb: mean which work doing in the sentence.

Object: mean on which we are doing work.

Assertive sentence: in the assertive sentence we say a simple statement mean that
no Question, No Refuse.

Negative sentence: In this sentence we will refuse any one/thing etc.

Interagative sentence: In this sentence we will ask Question form any one.
--- PRESENT INDEFINITE TENSE ---

Present Indefinite tense also called present simple tense.

Identification in Urdu;
Thaa haa, thee haa, thiii haa etc. in the end of Urdu sentence this word you see So
it’s mean that it’s present indefinite tense

FORMULA;

Assertive: subject + 1st form verb + s/es + Object.

For example: She reads the book.

Negative: subject + do/dose + not + 1st v + Object.


For example; She do not read the book.

Interagative: do/dose + subject + 1st V + object + ?


For example: Do she read the book?
