Disturbance 36 has strengthened into a tropical depression north of the Northern Mariana Islands. Max Significant Wave Height (Hs): 0.2 m
The system is forecast to gradually become better organized as it tracks north to north- Max Temperature: 29 °C
northeastward over the next few days. After two days, the system will accelerate to the northeast Min Temperature: 27 °C
and interact with a frontal boundary, fully becoming extratropical by the end of the week. The system
is forecast to pass well to the east of Japan, bringing no significant impacts.
