INFORMATION :
1 Applicant(s) over 21 years of age, who owns and resides in residential property promoted by M/s ANSAL BUILDWELL LTD in Sushant Lok-II & III,
Gurugram, Haryana are eligible to apply for Club Florence membership as RESIDENT CATEGORY. The membership is for a fixed term with four
tenure options of 1 year, 2 years, 5 years and 10 years.
2 Applicant(s) over 21 years of age who are residing in their own residential property not promoted by Ansal Buildwell Ltd., or residing as a tenant in a
residential property promoted by Ansal Buildwell Ltd., in Sushant Lok-II & III, Gurugram or residing in adjoining area around Sushant Lok Phase II &
III, Gurugram, Haryana are eligible to apply for Club Florence membership as REGULAR/ TENANT CATEGORY. The membership is for a fixed
term with three tenure options of 1 year, 2 years, 5 years and 10 years.
3 The annual subscription for first year for Resident Category and Regular/Tenant category members are @ ` 9,250/- per annum, and for Corporate
category are @ ` 20,000/- per annum, payable in advance. The subscription for subsequent years will be payable in advance each year or as
decided by the Management from time to time. The members joining during the year are charged subscription for the first year on a pro-rata basis
from the month of joining till the forthcoming 31st of March, except in case of 1 year tenure memberships. Fixed term 1 year tenure members will
pay subscription for the full term of their membership in advance, for other fixed term membership, a member has to deposit PDC's for rest of the
years at the time of taking membership only. In case there is an increase in annual subscription in forthcoming years we shall charge only the
difference in that perticular year.

4 The dependant fee for the first year is ` 1,500/- per annum per dependant aged between 8-21 years, payable in advance. The dependant fee for
subsequent years will be payable in advance each year or as decided by the Management from time to time. The members joining during the year
are charged dependant fee for the first year on a pro-rata basis from the month of joining till the forthcoming 31st of March, except in case of 1 year
tenure memberships. Fixed term 1 year tenure members will pay dependant fee for the full term of their membership in advance.

5 All applicants for membership will go through a two stage screening process. The Management reserves the right to admit or refuse admission to
any applicant and its decision in this regard shall be final and binding.

6 Usage of recreational facilities will be subject to payment of an additional fee/charges for usage of these facilities. The fee/charges for sports
facilities shall be as decided by the Management from time to time.

7 The Admission and Membership fees ,Security deposit and all other charges for membership shall be as per "Membership Schedule of Fees". The
Management has the right to revise the membership fee, security deposit and all other charges from time to time at its sole discretion
without assigning any reason.

8 Taxes as applicable will be charged extra on the Admission & Membership Fees, Annual Subscription, Dependant Fees etc .

9 Cheques / D.D. should be drawn in the favour of Ansal Hospitality & Leisure Co. Pvt. Ltd. (A/C Club Florence, Sushant Lok) payable at Club.
