A pleasant morning once again to everyone and welcome to our Day 2 of the 50th Annual
Regional Convention with a theme: Golden Legacy of Geodetic Engineering Excellence:
Revisiting the past, Aligning the Present, Scaling our Aspirations. I am Engr. Jonah N.
Loreto, together with Engr. Aaron Paul T. lolor, it’s our honor to be once again your host for
today’s programme. How about we start this morning with a biggest round of applause,

We are down to our last day and today will surely give us a lot of learning. So please sit
down, relax, and enjoy the rest of the morning. So, we hope that everyone is in a happy
disposition today and it is indeed a golden opportunity for each one of us to enrich and
enlighten ourselves of the presentation and discussion we have lined-up for you to be fruitful
and engaging. We are gathered here today to exchange ideas and open discussions with
our several topics today. Without further ado, lets’ dive into our main course.
Technical Session 5: To kick off this morning’s program, and to enlighten us in our
Technical Session 5: “Keeping Abreast with the Department of Agrarian Reform and its
SPLIT Project” it is my pleasure to introduce to you our speaker today. He is presently the
PARPO II of DAR Camarines Sur I, Mr. Ricardo P. Garcia, the platform is yours. Let’s
