Assessment Details:

For this assessment, you are required to develop a new experience for your chosen
tourism or hospitality organisation to attract and expand its customer base. To
successfully complete this task, you must need to address following three aspects:

 Demonstrate a multi-disciplinary knowledge and critical understanding of


experience design.

 Critically evaluate and appraise potential design methods to develop the new
experience for your chosen organisation.

 Develop the new experience for your chosen organisation to attract or expand its
customer base.

Assessment Instructions

 3,000 word report – you should use sub-headings, “official format” and/or
decimalisation. It must be word-processed, double-spaced and a minimum of 12
font size.

 You will need to use various sources of information to support your assessment.
Your report must be comprehensively referenced and a suitable reference list
included by use of Harvard referencing style.
