Assessment Details:
For this assessment, you are required to develop a new experience for your chosen
tourism or hospitality organisation to attract and expand its customer base. To
successfully complete this task, you must need to address following three aspects:
Demonstrate a multi-disciplinary knowledge and critical understanding of
experience design.
Critically evaluate and appraise potential design methods to develop the new
experience for your chosen organisation.
Develop the new experience for your chosen organisation to attract or expand its
customer base.
Assessment Instructions
3,000 word report – you should use sub-headings, “official format” and/or
decimalisation. It must be word-processed, double-spaced and a minimum of 12
font size.
You will need to use various sources of information to support your assessment.
Your report must be comprehensively referenced and a suitable reference list
included by use of Harvard referencing style.
Minimum 30 References （ academic journal, journal article, statistic, no website
