SUMMARY OF TODAY’S LESSONS AT CLASSES

Biology (Ecology);
Ecology is the study of living organisms and the relations with their surroundings.
Some terms defined are ecosystem, environment, niche, population, community and others.
The ecosystem is made up two parts(abiotic and biotic factors).
The abiotic factors consists of sunlight, temperature, wind being the climatic factors and soil ph, mineral salts,
topography being the edaphic factors.
The biotic factors consisting of producers, consumers, decomposers.

Elective math (Series and sequence);


This involves using formulas to find the a certain term of a sequence of numbers.
This is done taking into consideration the first term of the sequence, the common difference or ratio and the
number of the term to identify.
This can also be used to find the sum of a sequence of numbers.

Social Studies (Parenting and Parenthood);


Parenting is the bringing up of a child and training him or her to become responsible and be useful to himself or
herself and society. There are roles every parent must perform, these are: nurturing, love and care and provision
of physical needs (food, clothing and shelter).
Parenting is not only limited to biological parents only but older siblings, babysitters, nursery attendants etc. Can
also perform the roles of parents
